Chula Vista's Story Published

The New Chula Vista centennial book has arrived. Chula Vista: A Century of People and Progress is a keepsake of local history, which is beautifully illustrated with photos and artwork. Written by USD professor, historian and Chula Vista resident Steven Schoenherr, the book documents the 100-year history of a city that started as the "Lemon Capital of the World" and grew into the 7th fastest-growing city in the United States.

The centennial book is now available for purchase through www.ChulaVista100.com or at the Centennial office inside City Hall at 276 Fourth Ave.
