Building Hours: The MCJROTC building is usually open from about 6:00 am until 5:00 pm daily.
On rare occassions, the building will either not be open early or will be closed early.
If you need to drop your son/daughter off early in the morning, they may come to the MCJROTC building.

After School Programs: There are five programs that students may participate in.
With the exception of the Marksmanship program, all practices run from approximately 2:45 - 4:30.
As we get closer to competitions, the practices may run longer. The Marksmanship program meets at 6:00 am daily.
Unarmed Drill (Meets Monday and Wednesday)
Armed Drill (Meets Monday and Wednesday)
Color Guard (Meets Thursday)
Youth Physical Fitness (Meets Tuesdays and Occasionally on Friday)
Marksmanship (Meets daily in the morning)
Participation is on a voluntary basis. No student is required to take part in any after school programs.
However, if a student does participate in any of the after school programs, he/she can earn up to 10% extra
credit towards their class grade. Additionally, if the student meets the requirement, a Sweetwater
Varsity letter may be earned in all the after school programs.

only exception is the PT (physical training) uniform. It consists of a red MCJROTC t-shirt and red
SUHI pt shorts. The t-shirt is available for purchase in the MCJROTC building. The red shorts are
available through the Sweetwater High School ASB office.
