| November 1st has been proclaimed "AVID Day" in National City in honor of all AVID programs within the city limits by the National City Council at that event. AVID was established in National City in 1989. 85% of graduating AVID seniors complete their a-g requirements and are eligible for UC/CSU acceptance. | |||||||||||
