All End User training for Chancery is being conducted by the Educational Technology department. If you have any inquiries about training sessions or schedules, please contact EdTechStaff via FirstClass.
All Master Schedule training and technical issues are handled by Application Support. If you need an account or have any access issues, are unable to print a report, find any discrepancies in your account, or have other technical issues or questions, please contact Chancery Support via FirstClass.
Training Opportunities
There should be an icon similar to the one below on your FirstClass desktop, please open it to view the training schedule.
If you cannot find the icon, please contact your Site Tech or click here to visit our web-based EdTech Training Calendar. You will find specific training sessions for Counselors, Registrars, Attendance Techs, Assistant Principals/AP Secretaries, and Support Staff (all other users). Register for the training that applies to you.
All sessions are held at the DLC (see below for registration instructions and directions to training site). If you do not find a date and time that meets your needs, check the calendar each week as sessions are added periodically.
Registration Instructions
All registration should be submitted directly from the calendar. Click on the session you wish to attend and complete the short form. Once you submit your registration you will see a confirmation message.
Directions to Training Site
The Distance Learning Center (DLC) is located on the campus of Chula Vista High, at 820 Fourth Avenue. To get there, enter the parking lot on K Street, between 4th and 5th Avenues, and proceed to the area behind the gate in the rear of the parking lot. Look for a relocatable building on the left, behind a large storage container. There is a "Distance Learning Center" sign on the south end of the building and a long ramp leading to the door. Please allow yourself at least 20 minutes extra travel time to find it if you've never been there before.
