This pass is valid for school bus transportation for both home to school and school to home for the school year indicated on the bus pass. This pass must be shown to board the school bus. Improper use or misuse may result in confiscation of bus pass. This bus pass is Not Transferable. Lost or stolen passes may be replaced for a fee.
Not valid on for Summer School or Intersession transportation. This pass can be purchased for a $172.00 fee, which is equivalent to $0.50 a ride or $1.00 a day. Yearly fee is pro-rated as days of school progress. You will not be charged for days that have already passed.
This pass is valid for One Way morning school bus transportation from home to school only for the school year indicated on the bus pass. This pass may be used for afternoon transportation, school to home, with the purchase of a single ride ticket for each ride home. This pass must be shown to board the school bus. Improper use or misuse may result in confiscation of bus pass. This bus pass is Not Transferable. Lost or stolen passes may be replaced for a fee.

This pass is valid for One Way afternoon school bus transportation from school to home only for the school year indicated on the bus pass. This pass may be used for morning transportation, home to school, with the purchase of a single ride ticket for each ride to school. This pass must be shown to board the school bus. Improper use or misuse may result in confiscation of bus pass. This bus pass is Not Transferable. Lost or stolen passes may be replaced for a fee.

Sold in sheets of five tickets. These tickets are valid for a single School bus ride from home to school or school to home. Single ride ticket MUST be accompanied by a valid Bus Pass or Bus Permit.
Student without a Bus Pass or Bus Permit MAY NOT purchase single ride tickets. These tickets must be given and bus pass or permit must be shown to the bus driver, to board the school bus. Should your student consistently ride the bus 4 or more times a week, it would be less expensive to purchase a bus pass.
The Sweetwater School District is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets can be purchased for $3.25 a sheet, which is $0.65 a ticket. Tickets can also be purchased at the student's school after the first days of school.
May be used for Summer/Intersession school transportation, however, Summer/Intersession ticket can be purchased at a less cost (see below).
This permit is used in conjunction with a single ride ticket for school bus transportation from home to school and school to home for the school year indicated on the school bus permit.
These tickets are valid for a single School bus ride. Bus Permit MUST be accompanied by Single ride ticket.
These tickets must be given and bus permit must be shown to the bus driver, to board the school bus. Improper use or misuse may result in confiscation of bus permit.
There is NO fee for the original bus permit. This bus permit is Not Transferable. Lost or stolen permits may be replaced for a replacement fee.
A replacement School Bus Pass for those who have had their original bus pass or permit lost or stolen. Replacement passes or permit will be the same as the original bus pass or permit. No changes will be made on replacement.
Students are required to show a school bus pass or permit to board the school. It is encouraged that replacement for lost or stolen passes are obtained as soon as possible. There is a $6.00 fee for each replacement pass or permit.
This pass is valid for Summer/Intersession school bus transportation from home to school and school to home until the date indicated on the intersession/summer school bus pass. This pass must be shown to board the school. Improper use or misuse may result in confiscation of bus pass.
A summer/intersession pass may be purchased for a fee. The fee will be determined by the number of days during summer or intersession school. Fee is based on $1.00 a day or $0.50 ride for the number of day of summer or intersession school (around $30.00).
Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced. Purchase of another pass is necessary to replace a lost or stolen summer/intersession bus pass.
Sold in sheets of five tickets. These tickets are valid for a single school bus ride from home to school or school to home during summer and intersession school. These tickets must be given to the bus driver to board the school bus.
Tickets can be purchased for $2.50 a sheet, which is $0.50 a ticket. Summer/Intersession tickets do not expire. This year's Summer/Intersession tickets can be used for next summer/intersession school. Last year's Summer/Intersession tickets can be used this year.
Tickets can also be purchased at the student's school after the first days of summer/intersession school. The Sweetwater School District is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Not valid on for "Traditional School Year" transportation.
This Family Discount is applied if the student is the third student of the same family in the household needing transportation. The third student will be issued a School Bus Pass for half price.
Family Discounts for the third student must be supported by proof of two qualifying students of the same family in the household receiving transportation by the Sweetwater School District. All students must be of the same family in the same household.
This Family Discount is applied if the student is the fourth and/or subsequent student of the same family in the household needing transportation.
The fourth and/or subsequent students will be issued a School Bus Pass for Free Family Discounts for the fourth and/or subsequent students must be supported by proof of three qualifying students of the same family in the household receiving transportation by the Sweetwater School District.
All student must be of the same family in the same household.
Refunds for unused Tickets can be made at the transportation bus pass office. A refund by check will mailed to you for each unused ticket returned. It will approximately 6-8 weeks for the refund check to arrive.
Refunds for Bus Passes. Refunds for Bus Pass can be made at the transportation bus pass office. You MUST bring the bus pass to the transportation office for the refund. Sorry, if you do not bring the bus pass, we cannot do the refund. A refund by check will mailed to you for unused portion of the bus pass. The refund will be based on the date you bring the bus pass to the bus pass office.
The sooner you bring the pass to the office, the more you will be refunded. It will approximately 6-8 weeks for the refund check to arrive.
Refund of less than $10.00 can be handled made at the bus pass office. Refund for purchases made with a credit card, can be returned to the same card immediately. You must bring the same credit card to the bus pass office when requesting this refund. ALL other refunds will be mailed to the address on file.
