Excellent, high speed black and white output - Laser quality output at speeds up to 55 pages per minute. Automatic features - Inserts covers, prints and inserts index tabs, staples, and separator sheets. Network advantages for submitting jobs - Because our copier is networked, you may give us an order as either a hardcopy original or a computer file.
You can submit your files on removable media (diskette, zip disk, etc.) or send them via e-mail to Ricardo.Ceballos@sweetwaterschools.org. Document storage for print-on-demand - We store your print orders on the network; you print only what you need now and call us for quick turnaround on reprints.

We use a good quality, 20 lb white paper for all basic printing and copying. It's available in many colors. If you want a higher quality paper, we'll gladly order it. We offer literally thousands of choices. Available in a variety of colors, textures and weights, you're sure to find the perfect complement to your print job.
The best paper for a job depends on both the print method and how you'll use the output. We have paper samples from all of the finest manufacturers. Please call the supervisor and arrange a time to look at our samples, discuss your needs and choose a paper that's just right.

Early consultation is especially important when planning a print job for mailing. For labor intensive efficiency and obtaining the best postage rate for standard mail (bulk mail) or pre-sort standard mail, have your envelopes or mailing pieces with return address printed with the districts indicia permit number.
