The mission of the San Diego County Regional Occupation Program (ROP) is to prepare a diverse population for further education, employment and occupational changes.
This mission is accomplished by providing students with high quality and relevant career technical education and support services, which develop job specific skills, knowledge and attitudes. The success gained from taking ROP classes enhances self-esteem and increases employment opportunities in a rapidly changing economy.
